Tagaytay Properties and Holdings Corporation (TPHC) is a real estate company established and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 13, 1998.  TPHC owns a 9.8-hectare high potential and strategically-located land in Barangay San Jose, Tagaytay City.  This property is envisioned for development into a high class residential and leisure resort subdivision.  There is also a proposal to develop part of the property into a high end-retirement home project.
