After holding a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors last July 10, 2008 at Hai Shin Lou restaurant, the Board again convened on September 10, 2008 at the Emerald Garden. The Board is closely and actively monitoring proposed projects and discussing business strategies that would later on benefit the shareholders.
