Mabuhay Holdings Corporation held its Annual Stockholders Meeting last May 20, 2008 at exactly 10:00 a.m. at the Mahogany Room of Mandarin Oriental Manila. The new Board is composed of the following: Roberto V. San Jose (Chairman of the Board), Esteban G. Peña Sy , Lee Seng Chay, Delfin P. Angcao, Ana Maria A. Katigbak-Lim, J. Marsh Thomson (Independent Director) and Steven G. Virata (Independent Director).

After convening the Board, the following corporate officers were elected: Esteban G. Peña Sy as President, Delfin P. Angcao as Corporate Secretary, Ana Maria A. Katigbak-Lim as Asst. Corporate Secretary and Araceli C. Molina as Treasurer.
